I’ve also attended the postgraduate couples therapy program at Adelphi University and am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Prior to my work in private practice settings, I have 10+ years experiences in various community mental health settings, with specialized focus in serving people in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those that have experienced serious mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma, sexual violence and homelessness. I have extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy, as well as in areas of anxiety, attachment issues and mood & personality disorders.
